A registered nurse serving in British Columbia’s Children Hospital’s Neonatal ICU ward, Pastor Luisa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 1991 from Quezon City Medical School in the Philippines. She originally immigrated to the United States to pursue a career in Chicago, Illinois, but God had another plan for her. She ended up in Vancouver when she married her husband Tony. The couple has two children, John Daniel and Anisa. As a family, they have been serving and loving the families of JRAM Vancouver as volunteers since 2012. In the spring of 2015, Pastor Luisa, with the support of her family, responded to the calling of God to become an associate pastor of JRAM Vancouver.

The Mendoza’s priority is to reach upward and outward in proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ to others.
