A teacher and preacher by heart and by profession, Pastor Genis has been pastoring since his early 20’s. In 2011, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of British Columbia. He was later tapped as a sexual integrity resource speaker for public schools, private schools, and youth groups within the Tricity area. He used this opportunity to influence the lives of youth and young adults within his reach. In June 2017, he married the love of his life, Carlyn Jayne or CJ. CJ, a flight stewardess for the Philippine Airlines for five years and a private pilot license holder, immigrated to Vancouver to support God’s pastoral calling upon her husband.

The Misola’s priority is to spread the love, joy, and peace that can be found only through a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ.
